Try At Home Return Policy
You will have four days upon receiving your Brideside Try At Home box to return it. A pre-paid return shipping label is included inside your order. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a shipping label. If for any reason you are unable to return your Try At Home order within four business days of its arrival, please notify us via email to email@example.com.
If your Try At Home box is not returned within the four day window, we reserve the right to charge the full retail value associated with the content of your box.
Special Orders/Cut to Order Dress Return Policy
The following policies apply to our special order collection. Special order dresses are those where the dress is made by the designer after you have purchased it.
Unworn/unaltered special order, non-stocked garments may be returned for Brideside store credit. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery to receive store credit less the cost of return shipping. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return.
Brideside cannot process exchanges due to the special order nature of this product. (See the question “What does cut to order mean?” for some additional details). Order your dress with ample time before the big day to give yourself room for necessary alterations and styling.
In Stock Dress Return Policy
The following policies apply to our in stock and quick delivery collections.
In stock garments can be returned. Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery to receive a full refund, less the cost of return shipping and a $15 restocking fee. Garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact, unworn and unaltered. Refunds are issued to the credit card used to place the order and can take 10-15 business days to process. Email email@example.com to initiate the return.
A Note on Sizing
We are here to help you feel confident in your purchase, however it is up to you to decide what size garment to order.
Your personal style consultant can make recommendations based on your bust, waist and hip measurements. Her consultation is only a recommendation. The final decision is yours, and oftentimes a dress will require alterations once received. Your garment is not custom sized to your body.

Our Thoughts On Alterations
Because the dresses are not custom to your measurements, they will require alterations for a perfect fit. Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Brideside Gift & Accessories Collection
Returns on unopened/unused items for select Gifts and Accessories can be returned for store credit. Gift boxes containing swimwear or lingerie are final sale. Gift Box returns must be sent back in original packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery to receive store credit less the cost of return shipping. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return shipping label.
Please reference size suggestions on the Gift Box product page for guidance on sizing as all swimwear and lingerie cannot be exchanged after purchase.
All apparel and accessories orders are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy. If Brideside receives notice of your cancellation within this time, a full refund will be processed back to the form of payment used to secure the order. Cancellations past the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy are eligible for store credit only. In order to cancel your order, please email email@example.com.
All merchandise must be inspected immediately by the customer. Damage Claims must be made within five (5) days of delivery. If you think you have a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a photo of the damage. A customer support representative will help replace or repair your damaged item.
Shipping to Canada is $30USD. For all other international orders we are unable to offer flat rate or free shipping. Please contact our concierge team at email@example.com for rates. International orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid. Customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
